Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Showbookr. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for our Pro subscription.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you'll keep full access until then, and you won't be charged again.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Showbookr Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Just email us at hello@showbookr.com and we'll process it.
Renewal payments
After the initial 14-day period, monthly renewal payments are non-refundable for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of that cycle but no partial refund is issued. We may still issue refunds at our discretion in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or extended service outages.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Email us at hello@showbookr.com with the email address used to subscribe, or
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Free plan
The Free plan has no charges, so refunds do not apply.
